What counts as a "minute"?

Twilio call minutes — time the phone agent spends on an active call. Texts and emails don't count against your minutes.

What happens if I run out of minutes?

We'll notify you when you're getting close. If you hit your limit, calls roll to a basic voicemail until you add credits or your plan resets. We don't let calls fall into a black hole without warning you first.

Can I change plans?

Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens when my trial ends?
